A number of Next Level Athletes are taking part in a new study by Dr. Carmen Swain, Ph.D at the Labs in Life at COSI in Columbus, Ohio. Our athletes will walk away from this with some great information and knowledge on how to improve their overall performance. Thanks for letting us be a part of your study!

Joe Hall wins Block O Crit
Congrats to NLA Joe Hall for winning the Block O crit in Columbus, OH. A great leadout from his team delivered Joe to the line in a tricky field sprint. Also a big congrats to his wife Jillian for winning the womens race. Double win for the Hall's!
Kelley Clem wins OMBC Series #5 at Eastfork State Park!
Congrats NLA Kelley Clem for winning OMBC Series #5 at Eastfork State Park (novice 45-49 Master). Kelley's form has been coming along great so look for more wins from him. Great Job!
Another podium for Joe Hall!
Congrats to Joe Hall on his 2nd place finish at The Lynchburg Road Race (cat 3). Joe is having a great season and is in the mix for the overall in the Ohio Spring Series.
Joe Hall places 3rd at Hueston Woods Road Race!
NLA coached athlete Joe Hall is off to a great 2011. A couple weeks ago he placed 4th at the Deer Creek Road Race (cat 3) and this past weekend stepped up on the podium for the 1st time this year with a 3rd place at Hueston Woods Road Race (cat 3). Joe is also in 3rd place overall for the Ohio Spring Series. Keep up the good work Joe!
Brian DeRose wins bronze! And qualifies for Worlds!
Congratulations to NLA coached athlete Brian Derose for his bronze medal at the USAT National Duathlon Long Course Championships 10k/60k/10k (35-39)! Brian had a great showing and recorded the 2nd fastest bike split in his category and his personal best for 60K.
Brian also qualified for the Duathlon Long Course World Championships to be held later this year. Brian is off to a great start to the 2011 season. Keep up the good work!

Podium for Brian DeRose at Georgia Cup!
The 2011 racing season is underway and Next Level Athletes are standing on the podium already. Brian DeRose placed 3rd Overall at the Georgia Cup Perry Omnium (35+) over the weekend. He finished in the top 10 in all 3 events.. Time Trial, Road Race and Crit. Way to kick off the season strong Brian.. keep up the good work!
