Marco has been racing for 19 years now. He has over 100 career victories and over 350 top 20 finishes. Marco has won 4 medals at National Championships in the past 3 years including a Silver Medal at the 2008 Elite National Criterium Championships. He is 4 time winner of the Green Jersey at Tour of Ohio including 10 stage wins there.
With experience with past teams such as Kenda Pro Cycling p/b GEARGRINDER, Abercrombie & Fitch Pro Cycling, Texas Roadhouse, LeMond Fitness Pro Team, and Shaklee Professional... Marco looks to pass his training and racing experience onto the next generation.

Brian Roche, PhD
Coach / Physiologist
Brian has been combining cutting-edge science, education and experience to educate and train cyclists of all levels for over 20 years. He is constantly searching to understand, more thoroughly, the human body from rest to maximal exercise. His coaching and fitness philosophy is base on Exercise (stress), Nutrition and Rest; the three ingredients to competitive inner balance. His training plans focus on these three ingredients’ effects on the bodies anaerobic and aerobic energy systems through macro (year round) and micro (seasonal) periodization.
Coaching Experience: Has been coaching since 1991, was the strength and conditioning coach New England Patriots, consultant with Syracuse University (Football and Basketball), strength and conditioning coach University of Maine (Hockey), strength and conditioning coach NHL players, consultant for Strength in Motion, training programs for marathoners, triathletes and cyclists.
Personal Highlights: 3rd Endurance “Ironman” triathlon-Martha’s Vineyard (Clysdale), Bronze medal winner-Mrs. T’s Triathlon world championship Chicago (Clysdale), three time winner of the Columbus Marathon-Clysdale Division (PR 2:54), 2002 Kansas State Cyclocross Champion (30-35 age group), 2004 Kansas State Road Race Champion (Cat 4).
